RNCI has an excellent reputation, which is attributable to the professional staff working day-to-day with our clients. Through careful selection of staff and consultants, we continue to serve our clients' needs with the high level of service they have come to expect.
In addition to our professional staff, we have agreements in place with numerous associates who join our team to compile the skillset necessary to meet project requirements. As workload or requirements for particular technical experience dictates, temporary staff and associate consultants are available on an "as-needed" basis. This approach allows RNCI to maintain a staff size and discipline mix that is responsive to our clients' needs while maintaining an appropriate level of technical experience to address specific project and consulting requirements.
We provide opportunities for our professional staff to advance their career, and expect our staff to continue learning. New graduates or interns are matched with a mentor to facilitate the learning process. We encourage other opportunities to further your education through seminars and training sessions to maintain proficiency.
Pursuit of professional engineering registration is encouraged. We provide avenues for current PE holders to maintain required Professional Development Hours.
